All orders placed on https://lalubel.com are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day

  • During peak periods (Black Friday, holiday sales), processing may take 1โ€“2 additional days

If your order is delayed due to stock issues, address errors, or verification problems, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the selected service and order value.

5. Delivery Area & Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including:

  • The 48 contiguous states

  • Alaska and Hawaii (with extended delivery times)

We do not currently ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for expedited shipping)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

Weโ€™re working on expanding our shipping zones and will update our policy when international shipping becomes available.


6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, there may be delays caused by:

  • Severe weather

  • Holidays

  • High package volume

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Carrier delays

We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by the carrier, but we are happy to help you resolve issues with delayed or missing packages.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you havenโ€™t received it:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

We will open a claim with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue. In some cases, a replacement or refund may be issued.

  • Reshipping costs due to returned packages

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you. Reshipping fees may apply.
